Genome description of the Fusarium solari isolate 1-Jan with comparative genomic analysis on pathogenic genes of Fusarium fungi. Fusarium solani strain:1-Jan

Fusarium solari. 1-Jan strain causes serious epidemic in broodstock of Fannabin prawns. The diseased prawns exhibited black plaques throughout the body, including head, chest carapace, abdomen carapace edge, swimming foot, and tail fan edge. Despite the great economic loss, little is known about the pathogenesis mechanisms of F.solari.1-Jan strain. Thus, we applied PacBio DNA Sequencing to reveal the draft 1-Jan genome sequence and identified putative pathogenicity genes to facilitate discovering the mechanisms used by the pathogen to cause this disease.
