Dataset contains calculation files (Ex2 and Ex3_raw data.xlsx) and summary excel file (Statistics_data.xlsx), on which statistical analysis was performed using attached code in R programming language. Ex1 - Experiment 1; Screening of bacterial strains’ growth. Ex2 - Experiment 2; Coffee fermentation with selected bacterial strains.
