TP53 mutations are associated with poor prognoses in B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia, indicating that specific p53 downstream genes may contribute to resistance to various chemotherapeutic agents. To elucidate these mechanisms, RNA-seq data from eleven TP53 gene knockout sublines and parental cell lines were obtained and analyzed.
