Number of online stores in Brazil 2019-2024

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2019, there were approximately 350,000 online stores in Brazil. Since then, this number has almost doubled, with over 610,000 online stores registered in 2023 and expected numbers around 647,000 by the end of 2024. The figures include online stores with exclusive sites and excludes stores on marketplaces.
