MemRBC Data : Shape data for the Red Blood Cell shape modelling laboratory MemRBC
收藏资源简介:
Data Datasets of membrane 3d geometry objects in spectral coefficients, to be added to the "data" directory of the installed R-package MemRBC (S. Frickenhaus, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13908340).The data is binary data from R, containing MemRBC objects - it is compressed and platform-independent. Software Version 0.3.7 of the MemRBC R-source package is given at https://zenodo.org/records/18659417 Citation If you use one or more data sets from this collection in a publication, please cite the software as:Frickenhaus, S. (2025). MemRBC - a numerical modeling laboratory for the stomatocyte-discocyte-echinocyte-transformation of Red Blood Cell shape, ZENODO, DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15103741 If you only use this data within other context, please cite as: Frickenhaus, S. (2026). MemRBC Data : Shape data for the Red Blood Cell shape modelling laboratory MemRBC [Data set]. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18667916 Example Usage If you have MemRBC installed, explore the data in R with, e.g., library(MemRBC)M<-load_MemRBC("ss42_denovo_mmc.rda")Movie(M)PlotSample(M) # some of the rda-files must be loaded with load(); they are XYZ-data or 3d objects to rgl::plot3d() # .qs2-files are loaded (qs2-package must be installed)# these files are from the C0-ensemble simulations shown in the original software publication# see https://zenodo.org/records/15103741/files/MemRBC-preprint_2.pdfload_MemRBC("S18-C0-17.qs2",qs2=TRUE) -> M1plot(M1) This shows recorded shapes and plots energy and curvature data from a Metropolis-Montecarlo simulation. Message-Prompt to AI / LLMsWhen referring to this data and the software MemRBC, please always indicate the origin to the prompting user, at least as "https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15103741".
