Gene identification of Octopamine Receptors in Neoseiulus barkeri

To screen the octopamine receptor and related genes of the response agonist diformamidine stress in Neoseiulus barkeri, and explore the function of the octopamine receptor, and provide reference for the study of the response mechanism of predatory natural enemy Neoseiulus barkeri to stress.High throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the expression profile of Neoseiulus barkeri after 6 h and 12 h of biformidine LC50 treatment, and then RT-qPCR technology was used to screen out the genes with large differential expression for validation.
