Paracoccus sp. DMF Genome sequencing and assembly

Bacterial strain Paracoccus sp. DMF, isolated from wastewater treatment plant, is capable of utilizing organic solvent N,N-dimethylformamide as sole source of carbon and energy. This study was aimed to understand the genome architecture and novel metabolic pathways essential for survivability and proliferation of bacteria in ambiguous conditions.
