This series comprises statistics collected by the Commonwealth Coal Commission and Commonwealth Coal Commissioner [II] on the productive output at each mine in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania. The statistics compare the gross coal output versus the possible coal output of the mine. There are also summaries on the productive output of mines for each state. Details recorded include the number of days worked and lost and reasons for low coal output e.g. staff strikes. The statistics were recorded fortnightly per mine. The series is arranged chronologically.
