Modeled primary productivity, nitrogen fixation and air-to-sea CO2 flux in the Pacific Ocean using ROMS
收藏资源简介:
We implemented a Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS) configuration encompassing the entire North Pacific Ocean (45°S-65°N, 99°E-70°W), with a horizontal resolution of 1/8° (~12.5 km) and 20 sigma layers. For the LGM simulation, both the atmospheric forcing and the initial and boundary conditions were derived from the climatological output of the Community Earth System Model (CESM) (Thirumalai et al. 2024). The result is a annual mean. The unit for primary productivity is mg C m-2 d-1, for nitrogen fixation is mmol N m-2 d-1, and for air-to-sea CO2 flux is mmol C m-2 d-1. Variable: lat_r latitude lon_r longitude CO2_airsea air-to-sea CO2 flux. Positive values means from air to sea IPPlgm intigrated primary productivity in mg C m-2 d-1 IPPNfixlgm intigrated nigrogen fixation rate mmol N m-2 d-1
