Fusarium oxysporum genome sequencing and assembly

A comprehensive genomic sequence database composed of raw sequencing data and assembled genomes for a wide variaty of Fusarium oxysporum formae speciales and isolates nonpathogenic on the host of recovery. The goal was to leverage the genomic resources to support different research programs, including developing forma specialis- or race-specific diagnostic markers and phylogenomic studies.
