Accuracy of heart rate measurement using AirPods Pro (3rd generation) during graded treadmill exercise: a laboratory-based validation study

This repository contains the de-identified data and documentation for the study Accuracy of heart rate measurement using AirPods Pro (3rd generation) during graded treadmill exercise: a laboratory-based validation study. In a controlled laboratory protocol, 40 adults completed rest and progressive treadmill exercise while wearing AirPods Pro and a Polar H10 reference monitor; heart-rate data were synchronized and analyzed in non-overlapping 5-second epochs using repeated-measures agreement methods.

The repository is intended to provide the minimal anonymized dataset and supporting documentation needed to reproduce the main analyses, figures, and tables reported in the manuscript, together with a link to the public analysis code repository.
