To elucidate the functional role of Elf3 in gallbladder cancer development, we generated Elf3-deleted gallbladder tumor mouse model (KPCE, Pdx1-Cre; KrasG12D; Trp53R172H; Elf3 f/f). Organoids were generated from the gallbladder epithelium in Elf3-deleted mouse model and control mice (KPC, Pdx1-Cre; KrasG12D; Trp53R172H) and RNA-sequencing was performed on these organoids to clarify underlying mechanism of gallbladder tumor development.
