ISTZ multicancer analysis package: code and processed outputs

This record contains the Zenodo submission package for the study “Spatial quantification of immune-stromal transition zones across multiple cancers.” The package includes analysis code, configuration files, manuscript figure builders, processed summary tables, validation outputs, and run logs used for the analysis of immune-stromal transition zones across multiple public spatial transcriptomic datasets. The analytical framework is centered on three operational equations: R(x) = C(x) - B(x) R(x) ≈ R0 exp(-α d(x)) λ = 1 / α Here, C(x) and B(x) denote immune-related and stromal-related spatial signals, respectively; R(x) denotes their local balance; d(x) denotes interface-centered distance; α is an attenuation coefficient summarizing transition steepness; and λ is the corresponding characteristic attenuation length. This package is intended as a reproducible companion resource for the manuscript. It contains: analysis pipeline code validation workflows manuscript figure files processed summary outputs validation summary and per-sample backup outputs run logs Large local input data objects such as .h5ad files are not redistributed in this package. Users should obtain the original public datasets from the repositories and sources described in the manuscript and provenance notes. This package was prepared as a fixed submission-time snapshot for repository archiving and citation.
