Dna-Seq of bacterial membrane vesicles

This project aims to sequence the DNA associated with bacterial membrane vesicles. Membrane vesicles are 20-400nm spherical vesicles that are released from most bacteria. They are associated with DNA and proteins and have important roles in cell-cell interactions.
