<p>The zip files provided contain simulation&nbsp;codes, post-processing scripts, and data to make the plots in the manuscript &quot;Reduced modeling and global instability of finite-Reynolds-number flow in compliant rectangular channels&quot; by Wang &amp; Christov (2022), preprint&nbsp;<a href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2202.11704">https://arxiv.org/abs/2202.11704</a></p>
<p>A python distribution is required to run the simulation codes, post-processing scripts,&nbsp;and notebooks. Some plots are based on analytical formulas derived in the manuscript, while others require the loading of simulation data from the numerical solution of partial differential and/or&nbsp;algebraic/transcendental&nbsp;equations. Standard methods from numpy, scipy and matplotlib are used for calculations&nbsp;and plotting.</p>
<p>A&nbsp;&#39;readme.txt&#39; file within each zip file describes the purpose of each file therein.</p>
<p>Inferences based on these results/plots and discussion of their meaning/implications can be found in the manuscript (available as a preprint at&nbsp;<a href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2202.11704">https://arxiv.org/abs/2202.11704</a>).</p>
