Air and ground temperature, air humidity and site characterization data from the Canadian Shield tundra near Lac de Gras, Northwest Territories, Canada

Data were collected in order to characterize permafrost temperatures in the Lac de Gras region, and to evaluate the spatial variability of ground and surface temperatures in different landscape types. These data are also designed to be suitable for the development, calibration and evaluation of permafrost and climate models.
