资源简介:
This is a whole genome resequencing study of S form populations sampled near the ends and middle of a latitudinal gradient of aridity in Cameroon. Along the aridity gradient, S form population show steep clinal variation of frequency in inversions 2La and 2Rb, but not the markers from chromosome 3, suggesting a differentiation in the face of gene flow. We aim to identify potential candidate loci both inside or outside the inversions that are involved in local adaptation.
