Census Transportation Planning Package, 1990: Urban Elements--Parts 1, 2, and 3 (M619V1)

This file contains parts 1, 2, and 3 of an urban element dataset from the 1990 Census Transportation Planning Package (CTPP). Part 1 tabulations are by area of residence and includes all housing units, persons, and working persons in a specific region. Tabulations by area of work are in part 2. Residents of the region who worked outside the region are excluded from part 2, but non-residents of the region are included. Part 3 provides tabulations of residence area by work area and includes workers who lived or worked in the CTPP region.
