Effects of CDK8/19 Mediator Kinase inhibition by Senexin B in HEK293 cells treated with or without Interferon-gamma

RNA-Seq analysis was carried out to investigate the effects of selective CDK8/19 inhibitor Senexin B on gene transcription mediated by IFN-γ signaling pathway in HEK293 cells HEK293 cells were treated with Vehicle control (293.C), 1μM Senexin B (293.S), 10ng/mL IFN-γ (293.I) or Senexin B/IFN-γ combination (293.IS) for 5 hours. Each treatment condition was done in biological triplicate.
