PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous sheet having a high basis weight， large thickness containing a fine cellulose fibers capable of simultaneously satisfying the following characteristics: 1) air permeation resistivity is not largely changed even when wetting and drying operation is repeated; and 2) anisotropy is small. SOLUTION: A porous sheet satisfies all of the following requirements (1) to (6): (1) the sheet is composed of a fine cellulose fibers having an average fiber diameter of 2 nm or more and 1000 nm or less; (2) the air permeation resistivity per 10 g/m 2 of the basis weight is 7000 sec/100 ml or less; (3) the basis weight is 10 g/m2 or more and 2000 g/m2 or less; (4) the thickness is 20 μm or more and 5000 μm or less; (5) the rate of change of air permeation resistivity after wetting and drying is 100% or less; and (6) the anisotropy index (Ratio of vertical and horizontal dry strength of the sheet per 10 g/m2 of the basis weight) is 1.0 or more and 2.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
