资源简介:

The literature review pointed out another gap of previous research being fragmented, while AI boosts the agility and prediction of data, albeit there are barriers, that is such as sector specific barriers in healthcare, whose data privacy norms restrict its deployment and in manufacturing, where the legacy system hinder its strategic utility; again there was scarce research on how the technological capabilities and human judgment interface. This methodology used case study approach with the interview of industry leaders which wrap around four central themes of precision, decision speed, risk mitigation and ethical alignment for AI’s data. AI found that the strategic accuracy was improved significantly and it helps in identifying niche opportunities and early test the scenarios, but we also observed that AI is prone to over depend on historical data and quantitative metrics that may be in misalignment with cultural natures and unpredictable risks. Participants discussed the need for hybrid AI model in which heavy data tasks are performed by AI, and insights are contextualized, ethical dilemmas are navigated, and heritage of the organization is preserved by humans. Ultimately, the study concludes a balanced “human-AI symbiosis,” where led by AI as a tool to execute tactical work with leaders as custodians of strategic vision and making sure decisions are aligned with pragmatic efficiency, intangible values such as trust, creativity, sustainability. This research contributes actionable guidance for executing AI, while advancing the theory of decision making through a focus on context aware, adaptive frameworks.
