Arabidopsis thaliana Raw sequence reads

Leaves from the 4 week old WT and mutant plants were collected and immediately frozen in the liquid nitrogen, respectively. Total RNA from each sample was extracted and purified using the ZR plant RNA MiniprepTM kit. Total RNA of each sample was used for deep sequencing by an Illumina TM Hi-seq 2000 system. All sequencing data were mapped and analyzed following the previous reported method.
