De-identified demographic, biochemical, genotyping, and validation data for SLC2A2 variants rs8192675 and rs5404 in the Indigenous population of Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) Bangladesh

This dataset contains de-identified supporting data associated with a case-control study investigating SLC2A2 variants rs8192675 and rs5404 in relation to type 2 diabetes mellitus and related biochemical parameters in the Indigenous Chakma population of the Chittagong Hill Tracts, Bangladesh. The deposited files include de-identified demographic, biochemical, and genotyping datasets; data dictionary files; supplementary analysis files; representative gel electrophoresis images; and Sanger sequencing validation files/chromatogram exports. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the manuscript findings. No participant names, phone numbers, addresses, hospital identification numbers, signed consent forms, or directly identifiable personal information are included.
