该数据集主要面向三相源分离及冲洗水自循环临时设施厕所设计研究,内含1个数据集说明文件,1个数据集文件,1个专利文件夹,1个质检报告文件夹,数据量约8mb,数据来源通过CAD设计了一种可以实现粪便、尿液和冲洗水的三相源分离便器,并基于三维模型设计平台,构建了三相源分离便器三维模型。依据不同人群排尿高度、排尿时间等统计数据,使用含荧光剂模拟尿液进行实物模拟,设计了源分离便器的尿液分离口位置。结合计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟,建立源分离便器冲水过程模拟方法,验证冲洗效果,再引入流速分析模型,开展相关计算并记录便器内壁与管道入口不同时间流速分布数据。结合如厕人数与排泄量等数据,对冲洗水自循环水量进行了核算,并选用紫外灯对冲洗水进行回用前消毒,记录了不同时间段对冲洗水中大肠杆菌消毒的数据。对分离出的尿液进行了预处理,构建了RO法处理源分离尿液的设备,并开展了最佳回收率探究数据,记录了在最佳回收率下尿液处理效果的数据。

This dataset focuses on the design research of temporary facility toilets for three-phase source separation and flushing water self-circulation. It includes 1 dataset description document, 1 dataset file, 1 patent folder, and 1 quality inspection report folder, with a total data volume of approximately 8 MB. The data is collected as follows: A three-phase source separation toilet capable of separating feces, urine and flushing water was designed using CAD, and a 3D model of the three-phase source separation toilet was built on a 3D modeling platform. Based on statistical data such as urination height and duration among different populations, physical simulation tests were conducted using urine simulated with fluorescent agents to determine the optimal position of the urine separation port of the source separation toilet. Combined with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, a simulation method for the flushing process of the source separation toilet was established to verify the flushing effect. Subsequently, a flow velocity analysis model was introduced to perform relevant calculations, and the flow velocity distribution data of the toilet inner wall and pipeline inlet at different time points were recorded. Combined with data such as the number of toilet users and excretory volume, the water volume of the flushing water self-circulation system was calculated and verified. Ultraviolet lamps were selected to disinfect the flushing water prior to reuse, and the disinfection data of Escherichia coli in the flushing water at different time periods were documented. The separated urine was pretreated, and a reverse osmosis (RO) device for treating source-separated urine was developed. Experiments were carried out to explore the optimal recovery rate, and the data on urine treatment effect under the optimal recovery rate were recorded.
