资源简介:
To identify differentially expressed miRNAs, serum miRNAs were profiled using the Human serum/plasma miScript miRNA PCR array (n=4 per group). The expression of miR-19b-3p was 6-fold (p=0.033) lower in women with GDM compared to controls, miR-20a-5p was 4.5-fold (p=0.047) lower in women with T1DM compared to controls and the expression of miR-29a-3p was 1.8-fold (p=0.002) higher in women with T2DM compared to controls. Differential expression of additional nine miRNAs, although not statistically significant (miR-155-5p, miR-222-3p, miR-9-5p, miR-124-3p, miR-126-3p, miR-210-3p, miR-30d-5p, miR-27a-3p and miR-128-3p) was demonstrated. These differentially expressed miRNAs will be measured in serum and urine samples using SYBR green individual primer assays<br>
