Control and Danon patients derived hiPSCs were differentiated into cardiomyocytes. RNA-seq was performed to analyze the gene expression differences between control and Danon lines. Overall design: hiPSC-CMs with over 90% purity were cultured in RPMI1640/B27 medium for about 50 days. Total RNAs were prepared from different hiPSC-CM lines and sequenced on a HiSeq 4000 sequencing system (Illumina).
