RNA-seq data from GBM patients and paired organoids

In this study, we have investigated the possibility of using patient derived organoids from GBM patients in order to select personalised treatments. As part of this study, we have performed RNA-seq on 11 paired tumors and their derived organoids without any treatment. Overall design: This study contain 11 paired samples from GBM patients and their respctive derived organoids after 2 weeks in culture, all untreted.
