Genome-wide Hi-C analysis reveals extensive hierarchical chromatin interactions in rice

We present a Hi-C analysis of the global chromatin interaction patterns in rice (Oryza sativa L.) at hierarchical architectural levels, which will reveal the composition and architectural features of nuclear chromatin in the rice genome and their relationship with genomic compositions and epigenetic marks.
