Value of property acquisitions by REITs in Japan 2017-2023

In 2023, property acquisitions by Japanese real estate trusts (J-REITs) in Japan amounted to 1.1 trillion Japanese yen. The number of properties acquired by REITs increased year on year. The Japanese REIT market was established in 2001.
