USE OF THE EXCURSION METHOD TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract. This article examines the role of the excursion method in improving the quality of education for primary school students. It analyzes the pedagogical significance of excursions in connecting theoretical knowledge with practical experience, developing students' observation skills, critical thinking, communication abilities, and environmental awareness. The paper also discusses the stages of organizing educational excursions and provides practical recommendations for integrating this method into the primary education process. The findings indicate that the effective use of excursions contributes significantly to students' cognitive, social, and emotional development while enhancing the overall quality of education.
