In view of the fact that there are few studies comparing the differences in temperature adaptation of different morphological populations of Scylla paramamosain. In this study, the Sp1 populations with one spine on the outer margin of the carpus of cheliped and Sp2 populations with two spines were set as the research objects, the 8 degrees Celsius low temperature stress group and the 20 degrees Celsius control group were set up, the hepatopancreas was used as the experimental material, and the IlluminaHiseq4000 platform was used for sequencing.
