Chloroplast genomes of subfamily Pothoideae (Araceae)

This study will consist of the estimation of time of divergence, the structure of the chloroplast genome and rate of evolution of the protein-coding genes, which will be linked to origin and environmental conditions, and finally the mutation rate will be evaluated and compared with environmental stresses.
