RNA-seq raw data of liver tissues of apple snails after 1, 5, 15 and 30 days of air exposure and 1 day of return to water. In this way, the drought tolerance mechanism of the apple snail was revealed. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of apple snail biocontrol, and at the same time, provides a reference for understanding the tolerance of other mollusks to extreme environments.
