MATLAB files containing data used for Fig 3. Each .mat file contains a struct with the following fields: timeSpan_i: [1×N double] timestamps relative to the onset of the middle constriction tidx_i: [1×N double] timestamp indices (1:N) rho: [float] correlation coefficient for out-of-plane deformation and in plane divergence div(v) allX: [Q×1 double] in-plane divergence, div(v), sampled at each timepoint and at 324 different locations on the surface of the gut tissue. allY: [Q×1 double] out of plane deformation, 2*H*vn, sampled at each timepoint and at 324 different locations on the surface of the gut tissue. H is the mean curvature of the tissue surface and vn is the normal velocity. The sampling is taken as a uniform grid in (s,phi) coordinates described in the Methods section of the publication 'Visceral organ morphogenesis via calcium-patterned constrictions'
