Dataset from the numerical optimization and testing of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous machines. The dataset is dedicated to the publication "Analysis and Taxonomy of Optimal Current Setpoints for Five-Phase Synchronous Motor Drives". The dataset contains namely: Results of the numerical optimization of the operation maps of two investigated machines - Machine #1 and Machine #2. Data collected from the ramp-up test of Machine #2 Measured waveforms in the selected operating points 1 - 8
