Expression data from the constitutive expression of TaSIN in Arabidopsis

To gain further insight into the possible signaling pathways in which TaSIN participates, constitutive lines of TaSINFL and TaSIN∆C were generated in Arabidopsis. ∆COE seedlings survived organellar oxidative stress better than the FLOE ones. A microarray experiment was designed to identify the downstream target genes of TaSIN. Constitutive expression lines of TaSINFL (FL3) and TaSIN∆C (∆C26 and ∆C27) were generated in Arabidopsis, and grown under non-stressed conditions for 12 days. The seedlings were used for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. Arabidopsis transgenic line carrying an empty vector (VC) and wild type Col-0 were used as controls. Two independent biological replicates were performed for each genotype.
