Targeted Capture Sequencing of VGSC of Culex mosquitoes in Brazil and Myanmar strains. Culex quinquefasciatus

Voltage-Gated Sodium Channel (VGSC) is the target site of pyrethroid insecticides. Some amino-acid changes on this channel are known to confer resistance against pyrethroids. In this project, we sequenced coding regions of VGSC gene in Culex quinquefasciatus in Brazil and Myanmar by using target capture probe and Illumina MiniSeq.
