In order to explore the role of EZH2 in the occurrence and development of sepsis in macrophages, we stimulated RAW264.7 cells with LPS to construct a sepsis cell model, and explored the binding site of EZH2 by co-immunoprecipitation combined with high-throughput sequencing. Overall design: We stimulated RAW264.7 cells with LPS to simulate the macrophage status in sepsis, and identified the binding site of EZH2 protein on the whole genome by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) combined with high-throughput sequencing technology.
