The environmental wastes are the main dilemmas in our daily life and in the world at large. Traditional waste management systems often lack real-time monitoring capabilities, leading to inefficiencies in collection routes, increased operational costs, and negative environmental impacts. Globally, the rates of waste production are rising. Managing waste efficiently has become a growing challenge in today’s cities, where rapid population growth and increasing waste production are straining traditional methods. These outdated approaches often lead to environmental issues and higher costs, making them unsustainable in the long run. This work introduces a smart waste management system powered by IoT and Arduino technology. By using advanced sensors and modules, the system makes waste collection smarter and more efficient. It can monitor bin fill levels with 85% accuracy, track environmental conditions like temperature and humidity, and reduce operational costs by 20%. With these improvements, the system not only simplifies waste management but also contributes to cleaner and more sustainable cities. It shows how technology can play a vital role in addressing urban challenges and promoting a healthier environment for everyone.
