Data for spatial and seasonal variations of stable isotope ratios of particulate organic carbon and nitrogen in the surface water of the Kuroshio

Dataset of sampling date, location, depth, δ13C, δ15N, filtration volume of seawater, temperature, salinity, nitrate concentration, chlorophyll-a concentration, latitude of Kuroshio axis, area (coastal or offshore), and seasons.
