Standalone snapshot of SensiPath webserver v2.1.1

Snapshot of SensiPath v2.1.1 in March 2016. This archive includes everything to run a local installation of SensiPath: database (Postgres), web-server (Django application), all our sources to apply biochemical reactions and "predict" detectable compounds. Installation procedure is briefly documented in the README files. You will need Docker and Docker-Compose properly installed and a clear understanding of how to use them. In addition, we provided all our Docker images (sensipathdockyard_*.tar) in case you can not build them.
