Raw data in the article submitted to Data in Brief (Eto et al., 2021)

The data show the differential responsiveness of multiple cell types to cellular shrinkage, cell death, and Pdcd4 disappearance that are induced by non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma solutions. Several kinds of cells were cultured in non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma solutions and analyzed for cellular shrinkage by light field microscopic observation, for cell death by trypan blue dye exclusion assay, and for Pdcd4 disappearance by Western blotting.
