The goal is to map genome wide transcriptional start sites (TSS) of both wMelPop-CLA and wAlbB exposed to stress. Mosquito cell lines of both strains were exposed to varying temperatures (21C, 28C, 34C) to assess the extent of regulation of these TSS. The wAlbB was also exposed to antibiotic stress for additional regulatory assessment.
