This dataset contains the bibliographic records (full records and cited references) retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection for a bibliometric study on Echinococcus granulosus. The data covers the period from 2000 to 2026 and was used to perform science mapping and visualization using VOSviewer and R-Biblioshiny.
