Connotation and Construction of "1+X" Certificate System in Higher Vocational Colleges：Taking Hetian Vocational and Technical College as an Example

This paper emphatically sums up the problems existing in the implementation of "1+X" certificate system by taking horticulture major in higher vocational colleges as an example. From the point of view of the improvement of "1+X" certificate system, the reform of talent training program, the improvement of teachers’ ability and summing up experience, this paper puts forward the updated working mode and ideas to provide strategies for accelerating the development of vocational education in southern Xinjiang.
