This statistic presents the most common reasons of late or non-delivery of online orders according to online shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK) as of November 2017. According to Loqate, a GBG solution, 34 percent of survey respondents who had experienced a late or non-delivery of an online order said it was due to the package not being shipped by the retailer. 48 percent of all issues were carrier related.
