Data underlying figures from "Rapid and predictable genome evolution across three hybrid ant populations"

This zipped folder contains all data visualised in the publication "Rapid and predictable genome evolution across three hybrid ant populations". Population history: PCAs, sNMF clustering, mtDNA data and mitotype network, relative likelihoods computed with fastsimcoal2 Local ancestry variations: Twisst, loter and naive painting results, along with the analysis of coalescent simulations. Sorting of genetic variation: local ancestry, gene density and population recombination estimates in 20 kb windows along the genome, output of the genomic permutation approach. Selection in hybridizing species: results of the RAiSD analyses carried in each species (Faq: <em>Formica aquilonia</em>, F. pol: <em>F. polyctena</em>).
