Genome-wide analysis of distribution of RNA Pol II ChIP-seq in NKAP depletion cells

We performed ChIP-Seq analysis with an antibody against RNA polymerase II (Pol II). We found that the distribution of Pol II signals was decreased at the transcription start sites (TSSs) and transcription end sites (TESs) upon depletion of NKAP. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation DNA-Sequencing (ChIP-seq) to analyze RNA polymerase II in U2OS cells that were transfected with two different types of small interfering RNAs (siRNAs), namely NC and NKAP_KD.
