Total RNA was isolated from the MH-S by TRIzol reagent. The paired-end library was synthesized using the TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina, SanDiego, USA) according to the preparation guide. The libraries were sequenced on the Illumina Hiseq X-ten platform. The extended protocol detail sand procedures of the data analysis are all provided by GENE DENOVO (Guangzhou, China).
