Dataset: Sexual Dysfunction Outcomes After Initiation or Switching to Cariprazine – SALSEX Prospective Real-World Study

This dataset contains anonymized clinical data from a prospective multicenter real-world study evaluating sexual dysfunction outcomes after initiation or switching to cariprazine in patients with psychotic disorders.Sexual function was assessed using the Psychotropic-Related Sexual Dysfunction Questionnaire (PRSexDQ-SALSEX). Psychiatric status was evaluated with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI) scales. Endocrine variables including prolactin, testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) were also recorded.The dataset includes baseline and follow-up measurements collected during routine clinical practice across several psychiatric services.All patient identifiers were removed before publication to ensure anonymization.
